Hi Vincas, This definitely shouldn't be happening. This bug is an edge case that occurs in the following circumstance: 1. You are upgrading certbot, not installing it, 2. you have existing certs due for renewal on the machine, and 3. you trigger the install in the 0-12 hour period between the last certbot run and when the certificate came due for renewal. I'm putting a patch in to fix this in the next certbot release, but I'm not sure it will be backported to stable.
