This bug exists since quite a while and I even remember that it already used to be there much earlier but vanished again after some longer time. What happens is the following: When I open a gnome-terminal window and do something like: $ eog & exit I still see: [1] 98788 exit and there it takes 1-3 seconds until the window really closes.
