seen when trying to build doxygen with llvm-12:
CMake Error at /usr/lib/llvm-12/lib/cmake/llvm/LLVMExports.cmake:1411 (message):
The imported target "omptarget" references the file
"/usr/lib/llvm-12/lib/libomptarget.so.12"
but this file does not exist. Possible reasons include:
The library is found in libomp5-12, but no package depends on libomp-12-dev,
causing a build regression compared to llvm 11. clang-12 only recommends it. Is
this expected?
