Package: zfsutils-linux Version: 2.0.3-1 Severity: wishlist Tags: newcomer Dear Maintainer,
Out of curiosity I wanted to mount some zfs FreeBSD partitions from Debian. My idea was to do this with login and logout scripts in my desktop windows manager. After an upgrade, some kind of system services appeared to automatically mount some FreeBSD partitions on my Debian system directories. As Debian had problems running FreeBSD binaries, things got confusing. Disabling zfs-mount.service and zfs-share.service made my machine work normally again, possibly with the modification of /etc/defaults/zfs below: ZFS_MOUNT='no' I send this just so that other dual boot hobbyists get some information on how to get things back to normal. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=sv_SE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages zfsutils-linux depends on: ii init-system-helpers 1.60 ii libblkid1 2.36.1-7 ii libc6 2.31-9 ii libnvpair3linux 2.0.3-1 ii libuuid1 2.36.1-7 ii libuutil3linux 2.0.3-1 ii libzfs4linux 2.0.3-1 ii libzpool4linux 2.0.3-1 ii python3 3.9.2-2 Versions of packages zfsutils-linux recommends: ii lsb-base 11.1.0 ii zfs-dkms [zfs-modules] 2.0.3-1 ii zfs-zed 2.0.3-1 Versions of packages zfsutils-linux suggests: pn nfs-kernel-server <none> pn samba-common-bin <none> pn zfs-initramfs | zfs-dracut <none> -- Configuration Files: /etc/default/zfs changed: ZFS_MOUNT='no' ZFS_UNMOUNT='yes' ZFS_SHARE='yes' ZFS_UNSHARE='yes' ZPOOL_IMPORT_ALL_VISIBLE='no' VERBOSE_MOUNT='no' DO_OVERLAY_MOUNTS='no' ZPOOL_IMPORT_OPTS="" MOUNT_EXTRA_OPTIONS="" ZFS_DKMS_ENABLE_DEBUG='no' ZFS_DKMS_ENABLE_DEBUGINFO='no' ZFS_DKMS_DISABLE_STRIP='no' /etc/sudoers.d/zfs [Errno 13] Ã…tkomst nekas: '/etc/sudoers.d/zfs'
