package: pure-ftpd-common Version: 1.0.49-4 all noticed on ubuntu 20.04, i don't have a debian install, so can't give specific details for that, but in the initial question (linked below) one answer says the package was copied from debian without ubuntu specific modifications and the same issue exists in the debian version.
