Swap is apparently initialised later. There are three calls to that script recorded by bootlogd and on all of them SwapTotal is 0 kB. It then prints the lines for "Mounting local filesystems", "Activating swapfile swap, if any" and "Cleaning up temporary files". Do you still need the full debug output?
