Justification: renders package unusable
The dvilib2 packege in etch, currently does not contain the files under
/usr/share/DVIlib2. As a result, all programs that depend on dvilib2
fail to start giving the message Can't open
Package: evolution
Version: 2.4.2.1-1
Followup-For: Bug #358071
I have the exact same bug here, although it seems that libglib2 is
the main problem.
Workaround: downgrading install for following packages
. libc6 2.3.6-3
. libc6-dev 2.3.6-3
. libglib2.0-02.8.6-1
Hi Eric,
5.3 has been out for a while, please update snmpd package.
5.3 is currently in svn (see http://svn.debian.org). However, 5.3.0.1 is
still too buggy, even for experimental (it doesn't work at all with ipv6
enabled). I currently wait for this bug to be resolved before uploading 5.3.

The dd manpage is rather spartan and does not list possible

It does, however, state that the info page might be more
useful. Indeed it is. I mistakenly tried info dd rather
than info coreutils dd, and was confused
I also have this problem, with kmix 3.5.1. Every time I re-log in, I have
to reset all of my component volume sliders. It's annoying.
Thanks, Andrew.
