Here is a patch that enables CLI support and creates a new
libantlr2.7-cil packages.
This package installs the antlr dll files in the mono GAC at install
time and (I think) conforms to the debian CLI policy.
I've also used dh_install and dh_link to build this extra

provides the reverse dependencies. This seems to be incorrect.

libflickrnet was recently involved in a clusterfuck in Ubuntu Hardy:
