I've upgraded my amanda server to 2.6.1p1 from unstable and I have the
very same issue.
I've just change in /usr/lib/amanda/perl/Amanda/Constants.pm
$PS = ;
into
$PS = /bin/ps;
and it works.
Nobody is using AMANDA in the world on Debian testing or unstable since
last October ?
