It seems that the header has been dropped by pulseaudio and the fix is
simply to stop including it.

After googling and googling and googling and much head scratching I came
across the solution. The bug is due to a local configuration change
which in my case was done to work around some firefox/iceweasel bug I

in /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-keyring-*.desktop, and the message went away,
so it seems the problem is solved. I still need to run ssh-add by hand

The patch looks reasonable to me and results in a successful build on my arm
box, so I'll upload as an NMU. Here's the NMU diff.
