Please, remove the source package aptlinex from unstable. This source
package builds 1 binary package that should be removed too.
This package has not been maintained by upstream since 2008, and its use
has been widely replaced by gdebi.

Hello,
I have the same issue with my laptop and the same midi keyboard (M-Audio
KeyRig 49).
I think I found a workaround for this problem: if I disable power
management just after the midi keyboard is plugged, it seems it always
work:
1/ plug the keyboard
2/ wait less than 1 second
3/ then type
