I don't know why but seems you have wrong permissions on some of the
subfolders of /run/user/1000. Have you tried to add right permissions tu
gvfs?
# chmod u+rx /run/user/1000/gvfs

Supervisor was in the dependencies as it is needed for tests, but it
should be in Build-Deps. Since we are not running tests, you should
just remove it, or maybe put it in comments in Build-Deps. The same

I've removed the SSLv3_* methods in OpenSSL and as result ruby is
now failing to build. I opened a ticket about this upstream some
time ago, and you should be able to find a patch for it there:
