QGIS packages as reported in #864695.
Because the fix cannot be included in stretch r0, the issue should be
documented in the release notes.

Debichem has other molecular viewers and toolkits, I suggest going with
Debichem to fit alongside those packages.

There is no option to turn it off. Not even -q will turn it off.
