Hello, I tried to change the build-dependency on libgnome-keyring-dev by
another on libsecret-1-dev, but the build fails when attempted in a Sid

Currently, the package libsecret-1-dev does not provide the header file
"gnome-keyring.h", which is included by Qupzilla's plugins source.

Dear Maintainer,
Cleaning source trees with 'debuild clean' as indicated in
doc/06_build.xml I encounter the same error as in #846016:

Thank you,
Nicholas
