Here is a patch proposal that fix the build issue. However, I feel this
patch quite ugly with many tricks to support build.
I disable all sphinx related doc generation (due to some auto
setup/install). The setup script is too complex.
I also disable the clean step, as setup script do some stuff
This behaviour remains in Debian 10.0 in Expert Mode.

This result in failure due to the particular setup script used here that

Hi,
I'm going to push that in 0.9.7. NB:

Hi there,
sorry for the bug cloning mess; I hope things are as they should now. This bug
is about fixing the CVE-2019-8696, CVE-2019-8675 and other security bugs fixed

Hi Josch,
I found yet another corner case with foreign chrootless:

Hi Josch,
After much use, I finally found a buggy corner case of mmdebstrap!

Thanks, I just uploaded the new version (source-only, please correct
me if it needed to be a binary upload).

There is a new version available, it would be nice to have it uploaded

Dear FTP Masters,
Please remove ocaml-estring from unstable. It has been declared
osbsolete by upstream [1] and gets in the way of removing camlp4 from
Debian [2]. Note that ocaml-sqlexpr currently depends on it; a
separate RM bug has been filed for it.

pkg-js-tools should pull in nodejs, just as gradle-debian-helper pulls

Dear FTP Masters,
Please remove ocaml-sqlexpr from unstable. It is currently
unmaintained in Debian (it has no human maintainers in git), and the
newest upstream release (0.9.0) depends on the deprecated library
ppx-core. Actually, it looks dead upstream.
