Yeah, I can; it’s in the debian group on Salsa. I wrote this before
checking that. I feel sufficiently “in” for a team upload.

Thanks for developing python-debian.
It would be very nice if it could support easy and "pythonic"
editing of debian/control:
- Load the whole file into a tree of dicts and lists
- Allow updating it and writing to file
- Preserve the

Dear Maintainer,
The latest version of lintian is giving error with orphan packages.
Like, bwbasic is an orphan packages and the Maintainer is having:

Hi,
For the record, this is in

Hi all,
I recently ran into this problem on my KVM host after I migrated all my
VMs to use unpartitioned virtual disks for everything except the /boot disk.
A little investigation revealed that the problem was related to pvscan
processes started by the 69-lvm-metad.rules udev script.

Dear Mattia and Matthew!
First of all I would like to thank you for all the efforts you did to teach me
how to do proper Debian packaging.
Your reviews made me rethink some practices I followed and it already helps me
in my activities outside of Debian.
Yesterday I found out the original

Hi ftp-master,
As mentioned in the RFA bug[0], this package is long abandoned, has
better alternatives and low popcon score.

upcoming days/weeks.
Could you please make sure that your package is ready? This will make

Indeed there is the option for me to package a SVN checkout, but I really
don't quite like that option if I can save it, since there are quite a few
changes since 1.5.5 and I'm sure upstream won't be keen on supporting that.
Note that it's possible that the next release will be 1.6.0, not 1.5.6

Dear Maintainer,
thank you for building i386 again.
Unfortunately I found recording not working in a small test [1].
A git bisect led to a helper function introduced by upstream in [2].
This helper uses a function parameter of type off_t.
