Dear Maintainer,
tried to reproduce this issue inside a minimal qemu VM and
found that this starts to manifest with kernel version 5.9.
Using a kernel 5.8 with current testing userland does
not show this issue.
These tests were done with qemu parameter "-cpu host".

I've received my new laptop with a Ryzen R7 5800U and the display stopped
updating as soon as amdgpu took over, and it never came back.
The firmware is needed of course, and as a side note, it could be nice if the
kernel could fail more

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.

Sadly, they will not change their stance towards publishing proper
source packages of awscli and botocore on PyPI. On the positive side,
