See also #984782 which I believe is a duplicate of this one. I'd
suggested a solution pretty much the same as Mirabilos's patch above. I
can't see any reason why the PAM file packaged with xrdp shouldn't use
pam_env.so on Debian (and hence Ubuntu).

The Perl bindings for Clutter have been deprecated upstream in December 2020.
For this reason, this package has not been in testing since November 2020,
and was not included in Bullseye.
Nobody objected, since I proposed it on 2020-10-25, to removing

solve this issue? Also include a d/upstream/metadata file with some key
