I built from source on an arm7l schroot on my x86_64 box.
There was a build failure due to permissions creating the mutex.
I guessed this was a red herring due to something in my build environment, and
managed
to work around it by changing the mutex mechanism via a CFLAGS

/etc/init.d/prosody refers to lua5.2 in several places. Because of this,
prosody won't stop when requested via initscript.
Bookworm has LUA 5.4.
Replacing each occurrence of lua5.2 with lua5.4 fixes this issue.

Well, I finally disabled dh_auto_test on single-cpu systems.
(The exit status would be ignored anyway).
Somebody else should look at the test suite some day, as
I'm not a user of rclone myself.
