pbuilder to Recommend (apt-cacher|apt-cacher-ng|squid|$otherlocalcache).
Pbuilder really needs a local cache to avoid putting an unnecessary
burden on the official mirrors.

A quick hack to allow collectdčhtml.pl to work with newer collectd. It isn't
