In Ubuntu, I've noticed a couple of build and autopkgtest failures due
to this recently.
I've been using the following workaround:

Hello.
I was preparing build for the latest CVEs of squirrelmail (#905023) and
found out the latest version in jessie have a grave lintian warning -
"squirrelmail source: license-problem-non-free-RFC
functions/decode/koi8_u.php". Have you noticed it :)
Thanks in advance

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I wanted to publish this
information sooner rather than later.

Package: meson
Version: 0.47-1
Severity: normal
Hi,
I am trying to build meson in a sid chroot like I always do when I begin
doing local stuff. This fails for me with a "permission denied":
test_compiler_c_stds (__main__.LinuxlikeTests) ... ok
test_compiler_check_flags_order
Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal
Please remove sra-sdk for architecture i386 to enable migration of a bug free
amd64 version in sid.
Kind regards
Andreas.

The attached patch fixes the issue on a debian stretch rebuild.
It hasn't been tried by me so far (hence this report and not a commit
to the debian salsa repository).
It should have been :
