This bug is causing and has caused autoremovals unfortunately. Taking a look
at upstream, this seems abandoned and upstream moved to xorsimd[1]
instead.
On brief testing, tests seem to pass for new package and botht the reverse-deps
for templexxx-xor have also migrated to new package in later

building it against libsoup2.4 for now.

* I installed light-locker (1.8.0-3)
* restarted the OS
* typed "dm-tool lock" into a console
* result: the screen is perfectly locked.
So once light-locker is installed, the screen locking works perfectly well
