deprecated WebKit API that was removed in the 2.40.x branch (the
function remains but it's a no-op now). Reverting that change in

I own a x2100 (basically the successor to your x210) and faced more or less the
same issue.
This problem appears to be caused by faulty hardware.
I fixed it on my machine by adding 'i8042.nomux=1' to my kernel parameters.
