When I use Alt-Tab to switch windows, I see their icon and title;
adding a miniature to that would allow easier identification.

of py3versions too, if dh is called --with python3?
I'd say existence of python3-* binary package and python3-all or
python3-all-dev in build dependencies is enough to start
- Is the run-time dependency on python-setuptools required (or should
it only be Build-Depends)?
python-setuptools is indeed used by Trac (at least in 0.11),
maybe for the plugins. Don't touch it :~)
Are you sure the full python-setuptools is required, not only
python-pkg-resources?
