Hi.
I have already reported (#290118), that lower()/upper() does not work
with non-ASCII characters. Actually, the real problem to me is that
ILIKE/regexp search works only for ASCII characters.

old resolv.conf. Basicly, res_init needs to be called.
The enclosed patch solves the problem for me. Note that to finish the
fix other resolv-related wrappers need to be fixed the same way. Also
-lresolv must be added to LIBS.

greek somewhere in fvwm (menus, title bars) greek is not shown

The result of mldonkey build with ocaml from unstable is pretty
surprising:

Build with ocaml 3.9 just segfaulted, I do not know what is better...
