It would normally have migrated by now, but it can't because it has
not been built on s390.
I'm not sure why this blocks the migration, and the package is not
needed nor intended to be built there.

strace -ff -o /tmp/meld.trace meld
Help->Contents
After exiting meld compress and upload the generated /tmp/meld.trace.*
files somewhere to let us look into the strace
