/sys/kernel/notes. You can then unpack the installed kernel image and
compare with the build ID in that. Unfortunately the "unpack" step is
dependent on architecture and boot loader, which I think makes this
impractical.
The best I can suggest at this point
n't really trust
entropy provided by HWRNGs.

Note that you can work around this bug by adding "pti=off" to the
kernel command line. This is safe to do in all Xen PV amd64 guests,
because PTI is not needed and never used in this environment.

Dear maintainer,
I've prepared an NMU for ngetty (versioned as 1.1-3.1) and
uploaded it.

etlibc that uses
the deprecated "vsyscall" entry points to the kernel, and you are using
a kernel with vsyscall disabled.
This will be fixed by rebuilding ngetty. But the older version should
still work if you rebuild your kernel with

A search for explicit triggers:
https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=activate.*update-initramfs
shows that there are packages that use "activate-await", and I would
not want to override that without consultation.

Yes, "... delete it if ldcon
Did you actually mean to close this bug? The commit you made only
fixes the error message.

For explicit triggers, both the interested and activated packages can
specify "await" or "noawait". I could not understand from the current
documentation what is supposed to happen if the two specify the
opposite.
Looking at the source, I

not create /var/cache itself,
the aux-cache file is only created if a hook script creates that
directory. I think that explains why Chris didn't find this
problem.
Since there is no option to explicitly disable creation of the aux-
cache file, I propose to delete it ldconfig creates it.

Yes, this does seem likely.
I uploaded the new version of klibc in December last year. Has that
fixed the problem for you?
