I was wrong about xvnc4viewer -- it doesn't work with the old libvncserver0 either. I just rebuilt krdc myself and the issue persists. It just sits there, displaying the blue screen, polling for events. FWIW, the host is a Mac Mini (Snow Leopard) with the builtin Desktop Sharing option.
