in /usr/bin/pymol. You can workaround it by replacing the $*
expression in the python command (line 9) with $@.

JFTR: I got access to the upstream VCS and integrated most patches
applied to the Debian package. I plan to officially release a new
upstream version including the patches and probably also some bug-fixes
based on the reports in the upstream trackers.

It looks a bit difficult to package jing/trang as the zip-archives just
contain the Java source files. Seems, the old trang package shipped a
self-written build system. I have to examine this further and also sent
a mail to the author.
