I've tried to make wmgtemp work with lm-sensors3, but with no luck.
I've attached the patch that make it compile, but at runtime I get this:

that's interesting:
m-a -t a-i
m-a tries to build in the linux-2.6.29.1 directory cause my kernel is in
the linux-2.6.29.1 directory.
here it is a sorter version of what was in my previous mail:
m-a -t a-i fglrx
this command extract /usr/src/fglrx.tar.bz2 which is installed by
fglrx-source, than tries to build the module.
This is how I compiled the package:
wget
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-fglrx/fglrx-driver/tarballs/fglrx-driver_10-4%7Eprerelease.orig.tar.bz2
tar -jvxf fglrx-driver_10-4~prerelease.orig.tar.bz2
cd fglrx-driver-10-4~prerelease/
svn checkout

by installing the ubuntu version of the package, the problem is fixed.
in the ubuntu package the files are already moved to /usr/lib32, and apt

now I have. There is a slight difference. with -n the wmnet window just
show up in the center of the screen and disappear after an instance, but
with -w, the wmdock icon moves to the left, and than back after wmnet exits.
with xfce 4.6 wmnet worked without any glitch (and I never used -w).
still no luck with 0.3.4-1.
Interestingly now with wmdock preferences window open, wmnet with -w
actually appear on the screen. It is visible in the preferences window,
but it is in the center of the screen, not in the right place.
Without preferences window, all the same.
