Dear Maintainer,
cross compiling for boards using a 32bit RISC-V processor (like
AndesCore NX25) requires a corresponding compiler.
We already build a gcc cross compiler for 64bit RISC-V. Please, add a
32bit cross compiler too.

My idea is that we should create three packages:

In U-Boot some boards expect the dtb file to be installed in a vendor

this purpose.

The environment for U-Boot 2017.05-rc1 has:
fdtfile=amlogic/meson-gxbb-odroidc2.dtb
The relevant setting in U-Boot is in file
include/configs/odroid-c2.h
#define MESON_FDTFILE_SETTING \
"fdtfile=amlogic/meson-gxbb-odroidc2.dtb\0"
Boot loads and runs boot.scr.
The script tries to load the dtb from
/boot/dtbs/4.10.0-rc5-next-20170125-r000-arm64/amlogic/meson-gxbb-odroidc2.dtb
and obviously fails.
My understanding is that on arm64 platforms the dtbs should be installed in
vendor specific folders.
Best regards
Heinrich
