While setting the ENCODING is already implemented with dbconfig, setting
LC_COLLATE and LC_CTYPE is not.
Unfortenatly, these parameter have to be specified on creation. They
thank you for this detailed information.
Bareos only substitutes template variables on initial installation (or
the database backend if somebody reconfigures dbconfig-common).
I'll change the behavior, so that the template configuration files get
