Today this bug hit me again.
While I was trying to investigate the issue, I tried to activate
--gst-debug=3 parameter, and the video was recorder correctly.
It is like if cheese work slowly (writting at disk (ssd :S )) it works fine.

2. NetworkManager-dispatcher is really who mount /mnt/usb directory
