I think the error #653011 is a duplicate.
Upgraded today libp11-kit0 (0.8-2) → 0.9-2,
I thought that the problem no socket to connect to goes away
but appeared in another form:
'p11-kit: couldn't load module: =/usr/lib/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so:
is independent of the environment, window manager.
I checked in single-user mode and the error occurs.

I think that the strace should help to determine the error.
Temporarily in my system solved the problem by disabling the module
gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so.
