Hi,
on November 1, I subscribed the mail address
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to bug #319583. The subscription was
successful, and I received the confirmation on 2005-11-01 22:20 +0100.
Since then, the bug has had traffic, and I have not seen any of the
traffic in

fping prints ICMP Host Unreachable from $GATEWAY for ICMP Echo sent
to $ADDRESS. This is not even turned off by -q or -Q and clutters up
the output. Please make selecting this output optional.

shell, on an empty screen, with the terminal in echo off setting.
It would be good if top would fail more gracefully in that case, for
