I propose to always use php5-common, and let the maintainer
explicitly depend on php5 | php5-cli | php5-fcgi | whatever.
Another solution would be to use overrides in many php-* packages.

Is anybody working on this bug? As ckeditor is marked for autoremoval
from testing on 2014-05-13.
NB: I have already uploaded the previous RC fix, but don't have enough
time currently (already maintaining too many packages)
