correctly-formatted lines to /etc/mailcap.

The built-in debug option (-d switch) to alpine was helpful in finding

I added ftp.utexas.edu back to my sources.list and tried aptitude; it
worked and is able to download and install packages from that mirror.
I also tried manually downloading a couple of files from the mirror in
Firefox and those worked OK.
This report can probably be closed.

/etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml - but this file might be overwritten by
an security upgrade, right?
If a security update wants to replace that file, the installer *should*
detect that you have modified the policy.xml file, and ask you what to
do (keep your file, install new file, etc).

User-mode networking works again in the guest; I can access the
Internet in a browser from the guest, and I can scp files to and from
the host in the guest.
