r case of libpoppler that gets out of sync with
libpoppler-glib and then something doesn't work.
It's not as bad as the crash #969907 but I blame it to that all the
same, without further debugging.
As such, I'm reassiging and merging.

The UIDs of a GPG key can only be changed by the key owner, so at most
you'd have to privately tell each people to add such UIDs, and in the
