A small fix:
Do it as root
cd /usr/lib/virtualbox/
chmod 0755 {VBox{Headless,Net{AdpCtl,DHCP,NAT},SDL,VolInfo},VirtualBox}
chmod 4755 {VBox{Headless,Net{AdpCtl,DHCP,NAT},SDL,VolInfo},VirtualBoxVM}
