Same thing here. Debian testing, up-to-date as of today. I toggle On
on the extensions website, e.g.
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/112/remove-accesibility/. Nothing
seems to happen. In the .xsession-error log, after one or two seconds, I
see this:

Terribly sorry. I think I had simply overlooked reloading gnome. Today
(after a reboot) the extension does appear in gnome-tweak-tools.
The extension unfortunately does not permit to access hibernate
