This is a problem that occurs during building on a buildd. I've setup
policy-rc.d not to start any daemons. During instalation of openjdk's
deps you see the following for dbus:
|Setting up dbus (1.2.24-4) ...
|invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d

Severity: serious
Justification: FTBFS
This packages FTBFS on those three architectures[0]. Here is the snippet
from powerpc[1]:
|libdc1394 error: Failed to initialize libdc1394
|[==] Running 6 tests from 4 test cases.
|[--] Global test environment
ebian/libnspr4-0d.symbols
-Pdebian/libnspr4-0d -c4 returned exit code 2
It contains the powerpc symbols, the assembly looks good.

- a third instance of buildd-uploader is invoked which will upload
packages.
The patch attached fixes the issue.

Following architectures are trying porting to Debian in Debian-ports.
- avr32
- sparc64

Could you add the architecture porting in debian-ports?

Is it possible to merge this or do you want to have sparc64 as well?

This packages contains no architecture dependent files. There is just a
perl script in it. Mind doing an _all.deb package instead?
