Don't worry.
I can confirm that the commit referenced in
https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/issues/7900 does indeed fix this
issue. Attached is a patch applying just that fix.
I'm happy to NMU this to at least have a working youtube-dl in the
archive until 2015.12.15 gets uploaded.

Aarch64 (arm64) has a 48bit address space, whereas x86_64 has a 47bit addre
so people outside Linaro

before uploading. These days it is best practice to do sourceful
uploads, so having a way to get a foo_version_source.changes at the
end of the build instead of (or as well as) a foo_version_arch.c
