reserved_for_root that is do something like tune2fs -m
It would be nice to have an option reserved_for_root_blocks that will do

Looks like Linux 4.19 reports numbers in /proc/diskstats incorrectly
what leds to incorrect %util in iostat output.
On a NVME SSD with only few iops it can show more than 80% of
utilisation.
