In buster i had few docker containers running without issues. Upgraded to
bullseye - and docker refuses to start:

Currently php-imagick package can't be installed with PHP 7.3:
[n][/etc]# aptitude install php7.3-imagick
"php7.3-imagick" exists in the package database, but it is not a real package
and no package provides it

Aditional note - the same bug affects SQL* directives, at least
"SQLShowInfo". Instead of displaying correct message, users get
corrupted message (swapped letters or something) and login fails (same
problem as with "DisplayReadme").

I see error message. Anyway, problem isn't solved - upgrade from Sarge
to Etch breaks fcgi php4-mapscript (same for php5-mapscript) apps. This
should be mentioned in Release Notes (if this is known "feature" or
"known bug"), or, at least, add note to readme.Debian...
