Here's the working one:

[Unit]
Description=Postfix Mail Transport Agent
After=network.target
Conflicts=sendmail.service exim4.service
ConditionPathExists=/etc/postfix/main.cf
[Service]
Type=forking
PIDFile=/var/spool/postfix/pid/master.pid
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/postfix start
Package: postfix
Version: 3.1.3-6
Severity: normal
Provided postfix's unit file is broken causing problems with getting service
status via systemctl command.
At the moment there's a possibility to get service status but received
informations are very poor - Postfix's
subprocesses aren't
x to the latest 3.1.3-6 version and noticed that now postfix
can't reach my pcre map file (in /etc/postfix direcotry) instead of reporting
"unknown map type", so there's a little progress probably.
shlib_directory is set properly by default and this fact changes nothing, bug
still

Yes, there is a tab character after pcre.
I set "chroot" option to "n" for all services in the master.cf and
restarted postfix.
Now, during sending a message, the following messages filling up the log

It seems that the Postfix cleanup component has a problem with handling
additional lookup types (pcre in my case). After installation "postfix-pcre"
package which was required to use pcre maps, my dynamicmaps.cf has been filled
by entry "pcre
