Bug#992497: nuspell: There is no testing after building

The current source package is done in a way that only builds without testing.
That was done because the tests had a dependency on Catch2 which was not
present in Debian. Now Catch2 is present in debian
https://packages.debian.org/sid/catch2 . Therefore, tests should be enabled in
Nuspell. To do that 2 files need to be changed:

debian/control: Add catch2 as build dependency, here

debian/rules  : Simplify this file and remove the following lines: 8-13 and
18-19.

I think it would be better to merge the source package with this one

source package.

Bug#991966: hunspell-an: Change upstream to libreoffice-dictionaries

The current package shows a Firefox extension as Homepage (and probably
upstream). This is not a very good upstream. The Aragonese dictionary is
unmaintained (no updates since 2011) and it has no real upstream. It would be
best to use https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/dictionaries/ as
upstream and https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/libreoffice-dictionaries as
source package.

Why this should be done? Because there are certain bugs with the dictionary and
the libreoffice repository is the only place where the bug can be fixed. I
certanly can not fix it in the Firefox extension [1] or the Libreoffice
extension [2].

The LibreOffice extension, the Firefox extension and  the Libreoffice
collection all provide exactly the same files, no information will be lost with

Bug#990383: nuspell: Small bugs in debian/control

The debian control file has few bugs:

1. There are extra unused dependencies: libboost and ronn are not
needded at all. They were used in older version.
2. The short description should be changed from "spell checker" to
"spelling checker" as the second is more correct English.

Additionally, there is a newer upstream version and these fixes can be
done along with updating the new version from upstream.
