Sorry, the duplicate message problem was caused by my mistake in 
recovering the wrong backup :-(
However, there remains the problem of the disappearance of all messages 
after the upgrade to 3.6

I checked and the upgrade was done from version 3.4.3-4 ~ bpo11 + 1 to 
3.6.0 ~ beta2-5 ~ bpo11 + 1

We downgraded Cyrus and proceed with the reconstruct, the messages 
reappeared but with many duplicates (especially those that had been 
moved to subfolders).

css and js.
The login form has class .hidden, and the js for ajax editin, ecc... are
not working.
Replacing the folder css and js with the ones of the downloaded packages
from phpmyadmin.net resolve the problem.
