mentioning that rgdal can also be built with NetCDF or hdf5 support.
NetCDF4 builds on the hdf5 library, so some people just use hdf5 tools to
read NetCDF4 data.
There is also netcdf-java with rJava, e.g.,

. For compatibility with dvips, there are some limits on the BoundingBox
entries in valid EPS files that can be used with dvipfm[x] -- the entries
should be nonegative. If EPScrop is used, they should not exceed the
values DEVICEWIDTHPOINTS and DEVICEHEIGHTPOINTS in the config file.

the 3 using either the debian or the real version. If I use
my normal map files in real texlive the 3 is missing. This might
be related to using the lm-rep maps.
