Bug#945147: KMail blank print

2019-11-21 Thread Griera
Thank you so much, John,

First, thanks for your contributions to the Debian project!

For many years now, I'm using Debian stable with Kde at work and at home. And I
planned to use Debian 10 Buster with Kde for the next few years (until the
release of the next version). As it stands, Kmail is not useful. In addition to
not printing, it hangs very often. Is there any workaround to avoid these
errors and not wait a few years until the next stable release is released?

Thank's for your help. Griera

Hi Lisandro:

The error persists with kpilot (lenny 4.9.4-3510) and palm Tungsten E3 or TX.
In fact, I stopped to synchronize notes due to error.

Anyway, thanks for all the work you put into Debian, and I hope this bug report
is helpful. Best Regards. GRiera

Bug#441223: Build a search index for khelpcenter fails if htdig is not installed

2007-09-07 Thread Griera
Package: khelpcenter
Version: 4:3.5.5a.d 4:3.5.5a.d
Severity: important

When I build index, the dialog box tells me its 100% done (Index creation
finished), but there are an error in the details box:

INDEXDIR: /home/totxo/.kde/share/apps/khelpcenter/index/
FINDCMD: find /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/ -name index.docbook
Creating index for 'kde_application_manuals'
htdig failed

Installing htdig paquet from aptitude fixes the problem.

Thanks for all the work you put into Debian, and I hope this bug report is
helpful.

Regards. G Riera

Bug#434350: kpilot: Kpilot does not synchronize knotes with palm memos

2007-07-23 Thread Griera
Package: kpilot
Version: KPilot 4.9.0 (depth 9)
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I did a fresh install of Debian etch, and KPilot does not work fine. I have
identifying two main problems with knotes-conduit:

1. The old notes in Knotes are not synchronized with the palm memo: The
knotes of the computer are not copied into the Palm.

2. If I modify a note in the Knotes, the HotSync of the palm crah with the
error:

HotSync: Fatal error: DataMgr.c, Line:8872,DmWrite:DmWriteChecj Failed.

Everything worked fine with Debian sarge.

Anyway, thanks for all the work you put into Debian, and I hope this bug
report is helpful.

Kind regards.
