Hi

"au ColorScheme * hi link Terminal Normal" in vimrc did not work, but just "hi
link Terminal Normal" worked and everything is correct again.

Thanks so much for the help.

Bug#650176: racoon: include patch for checkpoint xauth

2011-11-27 Thread Håvard Moen
Package: racoon
Version: 1:0.8.0-9
Severity: wishlist
Tags: patch

Andrew de Quincey has created a patch for racoon to allow it to
authenticate against a checkpoint vpn. The patch is located at
http://code.google.com/p/adqmisc/source/browse/trunk/racoon/ipsec-tools-0.7.3-checkpoint-v1.patch?r=154
(also works on the 0.8 branch)

I have been running with this patch for some time now and it works
without any problems. As I understand Andrew has tried getting this
accepted upstream, but I am unsure of the status of this. Until this is
added upstream it would be great if the debian package could include
this patch.

Bug#541981: Error in the sleep calculation in /etc/cron.daily/spamassassin

2009-08-17 Thread Håvard Moen
Package: spamassassin
Version: 3.2.5-4
Severity: normal

The expression for calculation the sleep time in
/etc/cron.daily/spamassassin ($number % $RANGE) may be 0, in which
case sleep fails with an error code of one, and since the script is run
with set -e it will exit and not run the update. This can easily be
fixed for instance by adding 1 to the result.

Bug#432563: nb_NO in sed

Could you explain why this is incorrect?

I agree that for sorting they are. For character classes it didn't seem right
at first, but thinking about it, it is probably right. So the right solution
would probably be that update-exim4.conf sets the locale to C and close this
bug.

It does work when setting LANG or LC_ALL to C, so it seems to be something
about the locale. I know that aa is an old form to write å, but it is strange
that sed should convert aa into å.

Bug#432563: locales: norwegian locale has started treating aa as å in regex

2007-07-10 Thread Håvard Moen
Package: locales
Version: 2.5-9

When upgrading exim4 to 4.67-5 a strange behavior with regex in sed
was seen. It seems that aa has started to be treated as å in character
class matching:
$locale
LANG=nb_NO.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US:en_GB:en

LC_NUMERIC=en_US.UTF-8

$echo petrus.haavard.name | sed 's/[^-0-9a-zA-Z\/[EMAIL PROTECTED]:; ]/_/g'
petrus.h_vard.name
$export LC_ALL=C
$echo petrus.haavard.name | sed 's/[^-0-9a-zA-Z\/[EMAIL PROTECTED]:; ]/_/g'
petrus.haavard.name

Aa should be treated as å when sorting, but this behavior seems wrong.

The list of supported mime types for file-roller in
/usr/share/applications/file-roller.desktop and
/usr/lib/mime/packages/file-roller does not include
application/x-bzip2. For instance sourceforge sends tar.bz2 files as
this mime type. This prevents epiphany from opening these files in
file-roller.

Bug#375003: epiphany incorrectly registers as epiphany-browser to session manager

2006-07-18 Thread Håvard Moen
Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 2.14.2.1-2
Followup-For: Bug #375003

I have the same problem, although I'm using xsm. Epiphany registers as
epiphany-browser to xsm and xsm therefor tries to execute
epiphany-browser when restoring a session. This naturally fails as there
is no epiphany-browser executable. Here is the properties from xsm:

*** ID = 1181f0664100011532192290055260002 ***

And from ~/.xsession-errors:

Bug#374428: liferea: sessions stopped working

Ok, then this bug should be changed to a wishlist-bug to turn on session
management again.

Bug#374428: liferea: sessions stopped working

2006-06-19 Thread Håvard Moen
Package: liferea
Version: 1.0.12-1
Severity: normal

Xsession support seems to have stopped working in liferea. I usually use
xsm as my session manager, and liferea is no longer listed in the
'Client List'. I also tried gnome-session, but when starting liferea it
was not registered there either.

Is the Debian package still compiled with session management?

If not, why?

Please run with --debug-gui and look for output like this:
